There comes a time when you realise that you are actually in a position to do more than you have previously thought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently, I had such an Epiphany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have written about how there has been a very obvious change in the way people are thinking about changing roles , that change is to say that they aren’t applying much, if at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the flip side employers are changing tactics too – the “Halcyon” days of remote working that were so eagerly embraced with a “Can-Do” attitude are now being replaced with an office based role with “some” remote working flexibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The genie is out of the bottle I’m afraid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

People have built up their lives around being able to work remotely without the drudgery of commuting and like being able to take a walk at lunchtime and getting away from it all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To the casual observer, these may not seem like important issues – but they are the tipping point for alot of people now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It used to be about Company cars, pensions and healthcare – now it’s about the work\/life balance (that everyone is very good at talking about but without really understanding or sincerely meaning it). And being able to have more than 24 days holiday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taking my collective knowledge from putting people into the industry it’s become apparent that there are many “easy wins” for prospective employers that either they don’t know about or just haven’t considered could be applied to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this in mind, I will be offering an additional service to my clients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
