Like many of us who find themselves in recruitment, it happened by accident.<\/p>\n
I know that this will come as a surprise to many of you seeing as I seem to be everywhere and know everyone but my first love was farming.<\/p>\n
To join and eventually help run the 300 acre family farm in South Norfolk was always the dream. However, the 1990’s weren’t exactly conducive to a young chap, fresh out of Agriculture College and so I had to go find my own path elsewhere.<\/p>\n
Over the course of the last 20 – something years I have worked for Blue Chip Grain Merchants, Independent Feed companies and Farmer owned Co-ops making relationships and developing an understanding of the various ways they all work and the people they look for.<\/p>\n
Well, 6 years ago I went to speak to a recruiter about my career and the next thing I know – I’m working with them and developing my own network.<\/p>\n
Finding my own clients and working with candidates to help them in their careers.<\/p>\n
And the rest is history.<\/p>\n
