You spend a small fortune advertising on the Farmers Weekly, get a dozen CV’s from people who either don’t have the paperwork to be employed in the UK or they are just hopeless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you find someone who does look half capable you invite them to interview. They then don’t turn up OR you offer them the job and THEN they don’t turn up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s a minefield littered with disappointments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
